Robert L. Reid, Principal of Reid Associates, LLC is a Licensed Professional Planner in the State of New Jersey, and is Certified by the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) which is a nationally recognized certification.

Mr. Reid has over 30 years of experience in site design, land development planning, zoning and land use analysis, conceptual stormwater management, conceptual site grading, conceptual sanitary sewer design, development feasibility analysis, environmental constraints analysis. Mr. Reid has a strong working familiarly with the local, county and state land development application process, municipal ordinance preparation and master plan review. Mr. Reid has managed and designed hundreds of projects through-out South Jersey ranging from conditional use applications for duplexes to 700 unit residential housing projects, and commercial facilities ranging in size from Leeds Point Post Office to 250,000 square foot office parks 

The land development application process managed by Mr. Reid includes all phases of federal and state permitting procedures and regulatory agency documentation including the preparation of permit applications under; CAFRA; Freshwater and Coastal Wetlands, Waterfront Development; New Jersey Pinelands Commission,. Mr. Reid has completed numerous major subdivisions and major site plans working through the morass of the land development process.
