Countryside Meadows Senior Housing 205 W. Buchanan Avenue ( Off Apple Road in Pinehurst Section of Galloway)

Project management of the municipal, county, NJ Pinelands Commission, NJDEP land development review process and preparation of use variance application and site planning for 84 unit senior housing project. Project involved securing a Small Cities Grant for the public road extension and a HUD Grant to construct the 84 unit building.
